What prerequisites do I need to install dqMan?
dqMan needs a Java Runtime Environment (64bit) and an OpenText Documentum DFC. dqMan supports all Java versions that are also supported by the used DFC.
An Internet connection is no longer required for the initial activation of dqMan. For more information, please check out our new Offline License Activation step-by-step guide.
Can I use different Java and DFC versions on the same computer?
dqMan supports multiple JRE & DFC profiles, allowing users to install and use different combinations of JRE and DFC on the same computer.
Which OpenText Documentum versions are being supported?
dqMan supports all OpenText Documentum versions that can be accessed using DFC 16.4 and newer. We’ll continue to develop and update dqMan in order to support newer versions of Documentum as soon as they will be released.
Is dqMan available for MacOS or Linux?
dqMan currently doesn’t support neither MacOS nor Linux.
Can I still use the deprecated free version of dqMan?
Yes. The decision to continue using the deprecated free version of dqMan is up to you, even though it is outdated and entirely unsupported. However, please consider the potential limitations and implications of using an outdated and unsupported product.
Is there any guidance/documentation on how to use dqMan?
dqMan provides a comprehensive documentation to assist in setting up the application and using the various features.
Where can I get help if something doesn’t seem to be working with dqMan?
dqMan offers dedicated product support where you can create a ticket for your particular problem.
What payment methods are available for purchasing dqMan?
